Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for purchased course , on sale items or gift cards. Original custom made resin artworks can not be returned as well.

The purchased course cannot be returned according to Act no. 102/2014 Coll.
( Act on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the seller's premises and on amendments to certain laws.)
Withdrawal from the contract - § 7
(6) The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract, the subject of which is:
l) provision of electronic content other than on a physical medium, if its provision began with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer declared that he was properly informed that by expressing this consent he loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
By law we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. ( except purchased course )
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
